Job Description

  • Preparation of documents including credit papers, ratings papers, briefs, client communications, presentations and bid documents.
  • Take a lead role in preparing financial sections of statement of qualifications and proposals, reviewing commercial agreements; and analysing potential development, and partnership structures.
  • Analyse and evaluate operational, financial, market and statistical data as it pertains to projects. Research key project related statistics. Manage, compile and analyse data on current trends in the PPP market.
  • Assist with project due diligence activities; and produce investment committee memorandums as necessary.
  • Set and maintain high standards in bid quality, in both the process and end products.
