Develop a network of strategic relationships with key GOI, MDB and private sector decision-makers in the fields of infrastructure policy, planning, financing and delivery in Indonesia.
Lead the identification, design and implementation of KIAT-supported initiatives and activities based on a sound analysis of GOI needs and priorities and innovative policies and strategies for private sector engagement.
Oversee the quality of KIAT’s work related to infrastructure financing and private sector engagement.
Ensure the full buy-in and commitment by GOI, private sector stakeholders and other partners of all KIAT activities to ensure local ownership and sustainability.
Provide leadership, mentoring and management support to a team of technical specialists and advisors embedded with GOI counterpart offices.
Promote and support inclusive development and gender equality in all KIAT-funded initiatives, activities and technical assistance.
Identify resource requirements and budgets for proposed activities, including individual consultants, subcontracts and grants.
Prepare work plans, technical reports, and progress reports for KIAT, DFAT and GOI counterparts, documenting achievements and challenges, progress towards key milestones, and recommendations.
